To book a show at you can provide one of the following forms of demo:CD

Your demo tape or CD will not be returned to you. Acadia is a performance pub with a stage. We encourages musicians to play their own music but well crafted covers are now allowed (poor covers still frowned on).
If you are a new (to me) musician, please send me a note thru the CONTACT button (tab on left, links to your music help) and then check out the ONGOING SERIES (tab on left).
Many dates are ONGOING SERIES and are run out of house. Series organizers do not compare calendars - do not book SERIES shows closer than a month apart.
There is no cover/door charge. musicians get 10% of BAR SALES while they play. If BAR SALES while playing exceed $750, musicians get 15%. Anything over $1500 is rounded up to and capped at $300.
Musicians and/or Soundman may also -pass the hat- for the performers. Each musician gets two beer tickets (if old enough - otherwise a couple cokes) and we provide food for touring acts.
We REQUIRE musicians to list bookings on www.hearitlocal.com/tc/ (FREE LISTING.) This requires a musician profile - CLICK HearItLocal button on left - and automatically updates acadiacafe.com.
THIS IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR SHOW.
House provides the PA, and soundman - shows up 1hr prior to posted start time for load in & sound check for all acts.
